This is so full of shit. One Millennial patting the other one on the back about the 'cool tools'. The reality is that none of these quickie tools meant for a dot com small office work in large enterprises. They don't work. They are ridiculously inadequate. And after a few years when you get to be 40, another generation will reinvent the wheel and exclude you from the conversation because you don't want to play with their cool tools. Bullshit city. Google Suite, Atlassian products, et al don't hold a candle to Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and Service Now functionality and serious enterprise tools. Everytime you want to share a doc with someone you have to send them a link? Are you kidding? You need one repository, and you give everyone a link to that, and its done! Agile is another methodolgy that had a fad following. Great for short quick cycles but for any major large project, you will exhaust your team with Agile. But its such a cool tool. Like Kanban. OMG. The future is in the hands of non-critical thinking idiots intent on proving they embrace the latest fads and are so 'cool'. No, you are not. Just foolish. The cycle repeats itself ad nauseum. Too lazy to master anything except quick and dirty 'collaborative tools'. Shortcuts don't exist. Put in the work to learn a complex app.

We are looking for BOT to interact with customers first and if BOT cannot answer questions then we want Agent to get notified then once agent is online, Agent gets option to log ticket in JIRA service desk. So, first point of contact is BOT, when BOT has no answer BOT ask to get help from IT support agent. Available Support agent gets notified and starts chatting, then Agent or Reporter gets option to log ticket. Knowledge base for BOT can be in Confluence or SharePoint that is integrated with JIRA service desk.

Nope. You're missing a step or something because your fields auto populate the page. You either set something up before these steps or are excluding something else, because when I select the macro to embed into the page, those fields are blank and I cannot select any file to populate the paqe with, even after uploading the word file. So frustrating when people assume the same setup.
